[opensource] <Need Suggestions> Wiki

Haven't actually tried using any save for mediawiki (which I found to be
terribly cumbersone) and tiddlywiki (which is interesting, I guess, as a
proof of concept).  I do, however, have a nifty link that you may find
useful: www.wikimatrix.org .
