Sun Microsystems will be giving a presentation on Open Solaris this Tuesday
at our Opensource Club meeting.

For the uninitiated, Open Solaris is Sun's open source project. Open Solaris
development becomes source code for the next Solaris Operating System. Thus
a community based approach towards improving the Operating System. We
welcome everybody to come out and find out what Sun's big project is.

For additional information, check out the project homepage:
Opensource Club Meeting Details
Who: Sun Microsystems
When: this Tuesday Janurary 28th at 7pm
Where: Dreese Labs room 317

Free: pizza and drinks, plus maybe some Sun swag

One of the projects in Open Solaris is the code browser OpenGrok, which is
dubbed as "wicked fast", and anything that dubs itself wicked anything is
wicked cool in my book.
