[opensource] Columbus GiveCamp: July 17-19

Non-.NET applications are definitely allowed.  You get a say in which 
project and group you're on, so you should be able to get something that 
doesn't use .NET.

Everyone I've talked to tells me these camps are tons of fun.  I think 
they even give a "least sleep" award.  :)
