Here is the description from Larry:

Geospatial Technology: How open source software is making mapping
possible for anybody.

Using freely available software and data, it's possible today to make
maps that are more detailed and useful that what's provided by popular
mapping sites like Google Maps, MapQuest, and Bing Maps.

What'll be covered:

* OpenStreetMap
* Postgres and PostGIS
* Mapnik
* TillMill
* Javascript APIs

I'll be bringing a mix of slides and live demos, so people who attend
can get an idea of what's available to them for geospatial projects.
