Key Responsibilities Include:****

The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing second level
remote technical support to customers for Alcatel-Lucent’s Payment and
Charging products. As a member of a 24x7 on-call team, the engineer
provides customers with application and network solutions support for
complex problem isolation and resolution. The Technical Support Engineer
will be the interface between the customers and the Product Development
teams, working with them to isolate possible defects, restore service and
duplicate problems in the lab to identify resolutions.  On-call schedules
include nights, weekends and holidays.****

experience
