it looks as though OSU is running its outbound delivery with 
all sorts of of diagnostic information 'leaking' through into 
the headers.  This may be part of the 'munged messages -- no 
Subject line' problem if a 'runaway' mail header stomps on a 
successor line

that said, it looks as though an email to:
	opensource - request @cs e.ohio-st ate.e du

with the body: 
	uns ubscr ibe    account_email @ example . edu

should trigger the mailman to send the needed unsu bsc ribe 
link to the person wishing to unsubscribe

(obviously remove extra spacing added above, which was put 
there to avoid triggering the automated list removal logic)

I have been know to send the needed 'trigger' message to a 
mailman having a flailing third-party user, on the assumption 
taht seeing a 'click here to un subs cribe' message would get 
noticed and clicked
